Stepz Dance Academy was established in 2000 with the aim of teaching dance in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We are a non competitive dance school catering to students from 3 years to advanced. Beginners and experienced dancers are welcome. Concerts are held annually at the Hopgood Theatre Noarlunga.

Classes develop strong dance technique, promote fitness, co-ordination and good posture. Students also develop their self confidence and many make lasting friendships. All classes prepare for our annual end of year performance. Students enjoy performing in a matinee and evening concert at a professional theatre.
Class vacancies are limited and bookings are essential.
Teaching Staff
All of our teachers offer a wealth of teaching and performing experience. They not only have many years experience teaching dance to all ages and levels, but have also all performed as part of the Stepz senior dance team and been involved in numerous dance competitions and exams. Most of our teachers have been with Stepz Dance Academy since it started in 2000. Many of our teachers are also trained school teachers holding a Bachelor of Education. So that we can offer extra attention to our students, all younger classes have two teachers.
The teachers at Stepz make learning to dance fun, exciting and rewarding. They share their love of dance with a friendly and enthusiastic approach and encourage self discipline, team work and co-operation.
We pride ourselves on achieving a high standard in a friendly, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere.
End Of Year Concerts
All students are prepared for our annual end of year concerts, held at the Hopgood Theatre, Noarlunga. In 2019 the concerts will be held on the 7th December for the Sheidow studio and the 8th December for the Reynella studio. There will be a matinee and evening performance on each date. A dress rehearsal and a theatre rehearsal are held prior to the concert to help students prepare for the performances. Professional photographs and a DVD of the concert are available for purchase.
